When you submit our contact form, we collect: first name, business name, phone number, email address, business type, country, ZIP/postcode, and a description of your GBP issue.
b) Automatically collected data
Our hosting provider (Netlify) may log standard server data including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This is used for security and performance and is not linked to your identity.
c) Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the site and, with your consent, functional cookies (Google Maps API) on our analysis page. See our Cookie Policy for details.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your enquiry and assess your GBP case
- Provide a free case review and analysis
- Communicate with you about our services by phone and email
- Improve our website and services
- Comply with legal obligations
Legal basis (GDPR): Consent (form submission) and legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries). You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Netlify Inc. — our hosting and form processing provider (USA), certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google LLC (Analytics) — with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. IP addresses are anonymised. Data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google LLC (Ads) — with your consent, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether advertising led to a call or form submission. No personal advertising profile is built and data is not used for cross-site tracking.
- Google LLC (Maps) — when you consent to functional cookies, the GBP analysis page loads Google Maps. Google's privacy policy governs that processing.
- Our internal team — case managers based in India who review enquiries and prepare free case assessments.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with data brokers or any parties other than those listed above.
5. Analytics & Advertising Technologies
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — We use GA4 to understand how visitors find and use our website. GA4 collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent.
Google Ads — We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our advertisements led to meaningful actions (calls or form submissions). The conversion tracking cookie (_gcl_au) is only set with your consent. We do not use Google Ads for remarketing or to build advertising profiles.
You can opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or by using our cookie preference centre in the website footer.
Our use of these services complies with Consent Mode v2 — no tracking occurs until you have given your consent via our cookie banner.
6. International Transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country. UK/EU users' data may be transferred to our team in India. We apply appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses where required.
7. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purpose or as required by law — generally up to 3 years for enquiry records. You may request deletion at any time.
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, secure form transmission, and access controls. No internet transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
