1. About GBP Fixers

GBP Fixers is a trading name of Sodlan Tech (STPI Incubation Centre, Hall No. 9, IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001, India). We are a Google Partner agency providing Google Business Profile (GBP) recovery, reinstatement, optimisation, and related digital marketing services to businesses in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.

2. Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• GBP suspension recovery and reinstatement
• Video verification assistance
• Ownership issue resolution
• Duplicate listing removal
• GBP optimisation
• Website development and digital marketing

The specific services provided, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed individually with each client before work commences.

3. Free Case Review

We offer a free, no-obligation case review to assess whether we can assist with your GBP issue. The free review does not constitute a guarantee of outcome or engagement of our paid services. The revenue estimates shown on our analysis page are illustrative projections based on industry benchmarks and are not guaranteed predictions of actual revenue.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Google Business Profile reinstatement and recovery outcomes are determined solely by Google LLC. We apply our expertise and best practices on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee that any GBP listing will be reinstated, approved, or restored. Google's policies and decisions are outside our control.

Where we offer a specific success guarantee for a service tier, the terms of that guarantee (refund conditions, timeframe, exclusions) are set out in your individual service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to perform our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and GBP issue
• Grant us necessary access to your Google account, GBP dashboard, or other platforms as required
• Cooperate with us in a timely manner, including making yourself available for video verification where required
• Ensure all information you provide does not violate Google's guidelines or any applicable laws
• Not take actions that may conflict with or undermine our recovery work without prior consultation

6. Payment

Fees for paid services are agreed in advance and set out in your service agreement or invoice. Payment is due as specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received by the agreed date.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on gbpfixers.com — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Sodlan Tech or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sodlan Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with our services or your use of this website.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for that service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer

GBP Fixers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. "Google Business Profile" and "Google" are trademarks of Google LLC. We are an independent Google Partner agency.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

For clients in the United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

For clients in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For clients in Canada, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Canadian consumer protection laws, including those of your province of residence, may also apply and are not excluded by these Terms.

For all other clients, these Terms are governed by Indian law.

11. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
