1. Agreement

By engaging GBP Fixers (operated by Sodlan Tech) for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

GBP Fixers provides Google Business Profile recovery, reinstatement, optimization, and related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon at the start of each engagement.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

Recovery packages include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If we cannot reinstate your Google Business Profile within 30 days of beginning work, we will issue a full refund. This guarantee does not apply to optimization, marketing, or website development services.

4. Client Responsibilities

To perform our services effectively, clients must:

• Provide accurate business information and documentation when requested
• Grant necessary Google Business Profile access in a timely manner
• Cooperate with video verification requirements if applicable
• Not make unauthorized changes to the GBP listing during active recovery

5. No Guarantee of Specific Outcome

While we maintain a 94% success rate, we cannot guarantee reinstatement in every case. Google makes final decisions on all reinstatement requests. Our money-back guarantee reflects our confidence — but reinstatement is subject to Google's policies and discretion.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the start of engagement. All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of a valid refund request.

7. Limitation of Liability

GBP Fixers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from GBP suspension or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
