The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all paid recovery and reinstatement services, including:

5. Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

• Client non-cooperation: You did not provide required access, information, or availability (e.g. for video verification) within the 30-day window, causing a delay.
• Inaccurate information: You provided false or misleading information about your business, which caused Google to reject the reinstatement.
• Policy violations: Your GBP was suspended for serious, repeated, or intentional violations of Google's Business Profile policies that make reinstatement impossible under Google's rules.
• GBP Optimisation service: Optimisation is an ongoing service, not a recovery. It is not covered by the 30-day fix guarantee (see our pricing page for optimisation service terms).
• Free case review: No fee is charged, so no refund applies.
• Change of mind: If you cancel before work has commenced, we will issue a full refund regardless. If work has already started, a partial refund proportional to work completed may apply — we will discuss this with you fairly.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
