1. The Recovery Pro: 30-day money-back policy (Recovery Pro)

Recovery Pro: 30-day money-back policy when the agreed work is not finished during the 30-day window of payment and full cooperation. Reinstatement itself is never guaranteed — Google decides outcomes. Refund eligibility depends only on whether the agreed Recovery Pro work was completed; it does not depend on Google's decision. The Starter plan ($319) is not covered by this policy; its terms are confirmed in writing before purchase.

If the agreed Recovery Pro work is not completed in that window, you are entitled to a refund of the Recovery Pro fee, subject to the exclusions below.

The policy is about the appeal work we agreed to do, not a promise that Google will reinstate, verify, or restore a listing. Google decides those outcomes. The work types this policy can cover on Recovery Pro are:

4. What Recovery Pro covers

The Recovery Pro: 30-day money-back policy applies to Recovery Pro work, including:

• GBP Suspension Recovery
• Reinstatement Appeal
• Video Verification service
• Ownership recovery
• Duplicate listing removal

5. Exclusions

The policy does not apply in the following circumstances:

• Client non-cooperation: You did not provide required access, information, or availability (e.g. for video verification) within the 30-day window, causing a delay.
• Inaccurate information: You provided false or misleading information about your business, which prevented us from completing the agreed work.
• Policy violations: Declined scope: cases we flag at the free review as outside the work we can complete (for example, a business that cannot document a real location). These are declined before payment.
• Starter and Growth: Starter ($319) and Growth ($199/month) are not covered by this policy.
• GBP Optimisation service: Optimisation is an ongoing service, not a recovery. It is not covered by this policy (see our pricing page for optimisation service terms).
• Free case review: No fee is charged, so no refund applies.
• Change of mind: If you cancel before work has commenced, we will issue a full refund regardless. If work has already started, a partial refund proportional to work completed may apply — we will discuss this with you fairly.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

7. Relationship to Google

GBP Fixers is an independent Google Ads Partner (not GBP access) and is not affiliated with Google LLC. Final decisions on GBP reinstatement are made solely by Google. This policy is a refund of the Recovery Pro fee when the agreed work is not completed. It is not a promise that Google will restore a listing.

8. Canadian Consumer Rights

Canadian clients may have additional statutory rights under provincial consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to:

• Ontario: Consumer Protection Act, 2002
• British Columbia: Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act
• Quebec: Consumer Protection Act (Loi sur la protection du consommateur)

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation. Where those statutory rights provide a greater entitlement than this policy, the statutory rights prevail.
