Eligibility is whether a business qualifies for a Google Business Profile at all. Google requires a business to make in-person contact with customers — a location they visit or a service area it travels to. Online-only businesses generally are not eligible.
What this means for your profile
If a business is not eligible, no amount of appealing will keep the profile live. Confirming eligibility is the correct first step.
