Hard Suspension
Also known as: listing removed · hard suspend
A hard suspension is a listing-level removal: the profile is gone from Maps and other local surfaces. The dashboard may still show the listing as suspended with no useful edit path. Account disabled / restricted is adjacent, not identical — that is a login-layer problem.
What this means for your profile
Hard describes severity and access, not “never recoverable.” Document the listing and use the Appeals Tool path Google still shows. Compare with soft on the decision hub.
