Soft Suspension
Also known as: listing-level restriction · soft suspend
A soft suspension is a listing-level restriction: the Google account and Business Profile dashboard still open, while the listing is restricted or not fully customer-visible. Maps visibility may be reduced or gone; edits may be limited or locked. Soft is not the same as a hard listing removal or an account-disabled login failure.
