Ranking is how prominently a profile appears in local results for a given search, driven mainly by relevance, distance and prominence. A ranking drop is different from a suspension — the profile is still live but less visible.
What this means for your profile
A profile that disappeared may be suspended; one that simply ranks lower is a visibility issue with a different fix.
