Step 1 — Read the exact status (do not re-record blind)
In the Business Profile (managing account, usually on mobile):
- ✓ Note whether it says upload failed, pending, or Review issues
- ✓ Save every issue bullet Google lists (signage, nearby area, authorisation, etc.)
- ✓ Do not keep editing name/address/categories between attempts unless the issue requires it
Google states video review can take up to five business days after a successful upload — pending is not the same as rejected.
Step 2 — Match the video to your business type
Storefront / hybrid
Show continuous, unedited proof of:
- Street context → exterior → signage matching the profile name
- How you access the space
- That the business actually operates inside
Service-area business (SAB)
You may not have a public storefront. Reviewers still need proof you are real and authorised — branded vehicle/materials, tools, invoices, base of operations as appropriate — without inventing a fake shopfront address.

Step 3 — Fix the failure mode
